الديباجة:

   يشهد العالم اليوم تحولات متسارعة ومذهلة ترتبط بتفاعلات عميقة تتم على مستوى بنى الوعي واللاوعي التي تؤطر البشر في إطار انتماءاتهم السوسيوثقافية، الإثنية والجغرافية والحضارية المختلفة، كما ترتبط بالعلاقات بين الكيانات الاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية، وما يطبعها من تحالفات وصراعات ترتهن لمبدأ المصلحة الذي يظل الناظم الرئيس للاستراتيجيات والسياسات المعلنة والمضمرة، الأمر الذي دفع إلى ضرورة إعادة النظر في  المفاهيم والبحث عن آليات جديدة ومتجددة للتفكير؛ ولن يتحقق هذا التغيير إلا بفعل الفلسفة،  لا سيما الفلسفية ذات البعد التحليلي والنقدي. ولكي نعزز مهارات التفكير الناقد، والفاعليات الذاتية لابد من الإبداع الفلسفي ضمن الفعل الفلسفي الواعي، شريطة أن يكون منفتحا على العالم المادي، وعالم الأفكار، وعالم الأشخاص.

   إن الابداع يتمثل في إنتاج شيء جديد أو صياغة عناصر جديدة موجودة في أحد المجالات كالعلوم، والفنون، والآداب، بمعنى أنه العمل أو الفعل الذي يؤدي إلى الدهشة والإعجاب، ويدفع الذات نحو التأمل والنقد.

  إن هذا المسعي للاتصاف بالتفكير الناقد بما هو خاصية جوهرية في فعل الفلسفة ينبغي أن يفهم باعتباره غاية نبيلة تحتضن هاجسا إنسانيا غير قابل للتوجس منه، يمكن تحديد هذا الهاجس في ابداع الأطر النظرية والمعرفية التي تكفل استمرار تواجد البشر وتعايشهم على هذه الأرض ضمن شروط وظروف نوعية. 

الإشكالية:

إن الانتقال من فلسفة الإبداع إلى إبداع الفلسفة هي مهمة التفكير الناقد، وغاية الفعل الفلسفي الواعي.

 وعليه، ما تجليات الإبداع الفلسفي؟ ما آليات تفعيل الوظيفة النقدية والإبداعية للفلسفة والعلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية؟

-ما الرهانات الثقافية للفكر الناقد في عصر الذكاء الإصطناعي؟

-ما سبل توطين التفكير فلسفيا داخل النقاشات العمومية في الفضاءات العربية الإسلامية؟

-ما الرهانات الإتيقية والايبستيمية للفكر النقدي في الزمن الراهن؟

أهداف الملتقى:

• توفير فضاء للتواصل والتفاعل بين طلبة الدكتوراه في التخصصات المختلفة.
• تعزيز وترسيخ الحس النقدي لدى طلبة الدكتوراه باتجاه تحقيق الجودة في الأطاريح المنجزة.
• توطين المقاربات البينية في الممارسة البحثية الأكاديمية.
• فتح النقاش في قضايا الراهن تأكيدا لارتباط الجامعة بمحيطها الاقتصادي والاجتماعي.
• اتاحة الفرصة لطلبة الدكتوراه من أجل بلورة رؤاهم وتصوراته حول قضايا الراهن.
• تمكين طلبة الدكتوراه وتمرينهم على الإسهام في النقاش الأكاديمي وتأطيره.

شروط المشاركة:

يشترط قبول البحوث في الملتقى:

1- الأولوية لطلبة الدكتوراه

2- يجب أن يكون البحث متعلقا بأحد المحاور

3- يمكن المشاركة خارج المحاور المقترحة شريطة أن يكون ضمن إشكالية الملتقى

4- يجب أن يتسم البحث بالجدية والأصالة، ومستوفيا لشروط وقواعد البحث العلمي.

5- يجب ألا يكون البحث مستلا من أطروحة أو تم عرضه أو برمجته في فعالية علمية، أو تم نشره أو تقديمه للنشر في كتاب أو في مجلة علمية ورقية أو إلكترونية.

6- يتم إرسال الملخصات وفق قالب الاستمارة المرفقة بالإعلان عن هذا الملتقى.

7- المشاركات تكون نصا أوعرضا بإحدى اللغات: العربية أو الإنجليزية، أوالفرنسية.

8- يجب أن يتضمن الملخص الفكرة الأساسية للمداخلة وأهميتها وهيكل معالجتها ـ ولا يقل عن 150 كلمة ولا يتجاوز 350 كلمة).

9- بعد تلقي رأي اللجنة العلمية بقبول الملخص يُطلب إرسال المداخلة كاملة وفق المقاييس التقنية التي ترفق بخطاب القبول.

10- المداخلات المقبولة تنشر بإحدى المجلات الوطنية.

هام: أحسن المقالات تنشر بمجلة مصنفة (مجلة أبعاد / مجلة مقاربات فلسفية)

The First National Training Forum: Philosophical Creativity from Consciousness to Critical Thinking

Introduction:

The world today witnesses rapid and astonishing transformations linked to deep interactions occurring at the level of consciousness and the unconscious, which frame individuals within the context of their various socio-cultural, ethnic, geographic, and civilizational affiliations. These transformations are also linked to the relationships between social, political, and economic entities, characterized by alliances and conflicts determined by the principle of interest, which remains the chief regulator of declared and implicit strategies and policies. This has led to the necessity of reconsidering concepts and searching for new and renewed mechanisms for thinking, a task that can only be achieved through philosophy, especially analytical and critical philosophy. In order to enhance critical thinking skills and self-effectiveness, philosophical creativity within conscious philosophical action is essential, provided that it remains open to the material world, the world of ideas, and the world of people.

Creativity involves producing something new or formulating new elements existing in various fields such as sciences, arts, and literature. It is an act that evokes wonder and admiration, pushing the self towards contemplation and criticism.

The pursuit of imbuing critical thinking with the essence of philosophy should be understood as a noble goal embracing a human concern that is beyond apprehension, which can be defined in the creation of theoretical and cognitive frameworks that ensure the continued presence and coexistence of humans on this earth under qualitative conditions and circumstances.

Problem Statement:

The transition from the philosophy of creativity to the creativity of philosophy is the task of critical thinking and the goal of conscious philosophical action.

Therefore, what are the manifestations of philosophical creativity? What are the mechanisms for activating the critical and creative function of philosophy and the humanities and social sciences?

What are the cultural challenges of critical thinking in the era of artificial intelligence?

What are the ways to domesticate philosophical thinking within public discussions in Arab-Islamic spaces?

What are the existential and epistemic challenges of critical thinking in the present time?

Objectives of the Forum:

Provide a space for communication and interaction between doctoral students in various disciplines.
Enhance and consolidate critical thinking among doctoral students towards achieving quality in completed dissertations.
Localizing interdisciplinary approaches in academic research practice.
Open the discussion on current issues to affirm the university's connection to its economic and social environment.
Provide an opportunity for doctoral students to crystallize their visions and perceptions of current issues.
Empower doctoral students and train them to contribute to academic discourse and framing.
Participation Conditions:

Participation in the forum requires the acceptance of research:

Priority is given to doctoral students
The research must be related to one of the axes
Participation outside the proposed axes is allowed provided it is within the forum's problem statement
The research must be serious and authentic, meeting the requirements and rules of scientific research.
The research should not be an excerpt from a thesis, presented or programmed in a scientific event, published, or submitted for publication in a book or in a paper or electronic scientific journal.
Submissions can be in text or presentation format in Arabic, English, or French.
The abstract must include the main idea of the intervention, its importance, and its structural processing - not less than 150 words and not more than 350 words.
After receiving the opinion of the scientific committee on the acceptance of the abstract, the full intervention is requested according to the technical standards attached to the acceptance letter.
Accepted contributions will be published in one of the national journals.
